The 2027 Scholarship Application is now open! Deadline to submit applications is October 23, 2026.
We understand the academic and financial commitment that higher education plays in a person’s life. That’s why we established the Soarion Scholarship Program in partnership with the Minnie Stevens Piper Foundation.
Each year, we proudly award scholarships to deserving students in our communities who are planning on attending an accredited public or private college, university, community college, or technical college. Selection is based on the applicant’s service in the community, academic performance, leadership, and financial need.
San Antonio area high school seniors should ask their school counselors for the Bexar County Scholarship Clearing House/Minnie Stevens Piper Foundation Scholarship Application. By using this comprehensive application, a student will be applying for the Soarion Scholarship Program, as well as many other scholarships.
If a student does not live in San Antonio or is unable to get the application directly from their high school counselor, they can download the application in the application steps below.
The deadline to submit applications is Friday, October 23, 2026 at 4:00 pm Central Time.
Mail applications to the Minnie Stevens Piper Foundation via the address included in the application documents.
