An Upgrade to Your Payment Experience Is Coming

 

We’re excited to announce that on December 3rd, 2025, we are launching a new and improved loan payment system that will replace our current system formally known as QuickPay. The new system will bring a simpler, more user-friendly payment experience, faster posting of payments, and enhanced security with the latest protection standards.



What You Need to Know

  • Re-enrollment will be required the first time you make a payment on or after December 3.

  • Any recurring payments you set up through our current payment system will NOT transfer to the new platform.

  • Recurring payments will no longer be supported in the new payment system.

  • Bank ACH payments will no longer be available on the new payment platform; only debit card payments will be accepted.

  • The $6.00 convenience fee previously charged for online payments will increase to $10.00 on December 3.

  • The $10.00 convenience fee for payments made by phone will remain the same under the new payment system.

No-Cost Payment Options (click here for full details on Loan Payment options)

  • Digital Banking Transfers – make instant transfers from your Soarion account or setup a one-time or recurring payment from your account to another financial institution.

  • Online Bill Pay – pay your Soarion loan using your Bill Pay account at another financial institution.

  • Automatic Payments – contact us to setup a recurring automatic payment to your loan.

  • By Mail – send your payment at minimum of one week before your due date to:

What You Need to Do


Starting December 3rd, 2025, you can visit our website to set up your account in the new system. All setup tools and instructions will be available there.
