The loan includes a no-payment period for up to 90 days1, giving you time to start your project without immediate monthly payments. There are no pre-payment penalties, so you can pay off your loan early without any extra fees. By working through our contractor network, you’ll partner with trusted professionals who are familiar with our loan process. It’s an easy and reliable way to fund essential home upgrades while keeping the experience smooth and hassle-free.

Loan amounts vary depending on your project scope and contractor estimates, with financing available for both small and large upgrades. Your contractor will help determine the appropriate loan amount during the project planning process.

Once you’re partnered with a contractor in our network, they’ll guide you through the application process. After your application is submitted, a credit decision is typically provided within an hour.
