Our mailing address has changed! We have embarked on an exciting new chapter here at Soarion Credit Union, moving out of our Cable Ranch office location and into our new Soarion Plaza location at the heart of San Antonio.

Any mail sent to our Cable Ranch location will be forwarded to our new address for the time being. However, it is important that you update your records by December 31, 2026 to avoid any delays or disruptions for mail sent to us.

Why is your address changing?
- Our Cable Ranch office location has closed, and we’ve transitioned to a new mailing address.
I recently mailed something to your old address. What should I do?
- Mail is currently being forwarded to our new address. There may be a slight delay for the mail you sent to us. To avoid disruptions in the future, please utilize our new address. Update your records by no later than December 31, 2026.
Where do I mail my payments to?

I use digital banking to pay my loan. Will I be affected?
- Digital loan payment methods such as banking transfers and debit card payments will not be affected. If you are using the Bill Pay feature at another institution to pay your Soarion loan, you will need to go in and update Soarion’s mailing address under the bill payee.
I use the Bill Pay feature at another financial institution to pay my Soarion loan. What do I need to do?
- You will need to update Soarion’s address under the bill payee within the Bill Pay feature at your other financial institution.
I need to expedite a letter or package. Where do I send it?
- For expedited items, please utilize FedEx or UPS to the following address: Soarion Credit Union 2400 McCullough Ave. #120070 San Antonio, TX 78212

Soar Into the School Year: 2026 School Supply Drive

Help us support local classrooms by donating much needed supplies during our School Supply Drive.

Every year, teachers across our community pour their hearts into creating welcoming, well‑equipped classrooms — but they can’t do it alone. Many educators spend hundreds of dollars of their own money to ensure students have the supplies they need to learn, grow, and feel confident. This summer, you can help lighten that load.

From July 6 – August 7, 2026, drop off your donations of school supplies at any Soarion Credit Union Financial Center Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
